Beloved Brothers, Sisters, and Companions
Our Minister-General has called a Convocation of the Franciscan Order of the Divine Compassion. All professed Brothers and
Sisters are required to attend, unless granted dispensation from the Minister-General.
The Convocation will be held at Christ the King Seminary, Aurora, New York, as it was a few years ago. The nearest airport is Buffalo International. It will be on September 24-26, 2010.
The Convocation will convene at 3:00 p.m. on Friday and will close at NOON on Sunday. Travel arrangements should be made
based on those times.
As of the original announcement the cost will be about $100, but that is subject to change as bids are not yet in for the from the airport transportation arrangements.
Sisters and Brothers will be housed in different buildings, as before, and everyone will have a private room.
When all the details are worked out, the registration and dispensation forms will be here on-line as well as payment details.
